Media is the course for budding filmmakers or those working towards a career in the media or any of the creative industries, journalism, advertising or media teaching and scholarship. Media includes film, television, photography and print media, as well as the internet, computer games, mobile phones and social media.

Pre-requisites

It is recommended a student complete Media Units 1 - 2 prior to studying Media Units 3 - 4.

Assessments

For Units 3 and 4, students complete School-Assessed Coursework (20%), a School-Assessed Task (40%), and an end-of-year examination (40%).
