Ms Sever is a highly driven, entrepreneurial leader who has an unwavering focus on continuous improvement. Throughout her extensive career leading brilliant teams, she has developed varied knowledge and experiences that incorporates innovation, digital, wellbeing, teaching and learning, parallel, all girls and co-education as well as international programs across China.
Since moving into the role of Deputy Principal (Teaching and Learning), Ms Sever had led strategic and research-based approach to reviewing the School’s educational programs with a strong emphasis on outstanding outcomes, entrepreneurship and the progressive nature of student pathways. She is committed to Haileybury’s motto that every student matters every day, using this lens as a focus for ensuring students have access to world class programs throughout their time at the school.
Ms Sever is a lifelong learner herself having completed her MBA at Melbourne Business School and a Master of Education Management from The University of Melbourne in addition to two other degrees. She has also studied at both New York University’s Stern School of Business and Harvard’s School of Education.
